Our Policy Payment Guidelines We accept payment credit cards as indicated in the checkout button. If you have any doubt or special request make sure our approval is received before purchasing. The credit card Merchant account in Argentina charges Argentine Pesos in denominated US$ with the prices as shown in the online store. It is up to the cusomers bank and credit card company to decide on the conversion rates and credit card commissions accordingly to their policies and transaction time. Customization We will accept customization changes as long as they are approved by us prior to sale. If you request an heel change or color change please add the customization fee as stated in our customize and extras section. The sole can be prepared with flat leather (default) or suede (chrome) as an option for an extra payment as shown in the customization section. Be advised that making changes can delay shipping. Sometimes the colors shown and the exact shape of the item is different from the actual size because of light reflection or components availability. There are some cases where the item is not exactly as expected, but in most cases customers are satisfied. Buying online is not like buying in an actual store and therefore customers are required to pay for the shipping back and forth in case of exchange. Many of our shoes are custom made to order. Custom made shoes are hand made by shoe maker artisans and might not fit or be exactly as expected since they are not made by machines. There are many factors that might affect the time delivery and the shoe condition, including leather, insoles, heels and last availability as well as availability and experience of the labor in hand. Sometimes there will be more then one turnaround until a shoe fits exactly as desired which means that we will have the shoes exchanged or fixed accordingly with the situation. Customizing shoes for feet with special reuqests such as arch, non-normal width may take 3 or 4 rounds, which buyer should be aware and bare the shipping expenses for that. Sizing Shoe sizes and apparel are mentioned using USA size denomination. Heel sizes are indicated in inches or centimeters for size 6, which means that when shoe size increases or decreases the heel size might increase as well. Heel height is measured from the side without the tip. Usually we don't change heel sizes for in stock items unless we approve a request before payment and a customization fee is paid as indicated in our customization section. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy We don't make refunds. We process returns only on exchange basis factory defect found as long as item wasn't worn or used. Claims should be done within 7 days and items should be returned in original package and other contents with a RMA number provided by us, otherwise, we will not accept your claim. The merchandise should have only the RMA number and no other printout or document and the MADE IN label or stamp. S&H is not refunded and 2nd shipping and handling fees are charged for any change including size change. There is also a restocking fee for returned shoes of $15 . Since international shipping costs are very expensive and take longer please make sure you are aware that the first ordered pair might not fit if you don't send us the right information about size or a scan of a cutout of your foot and we might not replace it for you since our stock is changing all the time. We don't refund non-paypal payments, not confirmed addresses or not insured payments. Returns for exchanges accepted only via standard mail with a confirmed RMA number. Courier or any shipping method incurring duties or recepient expenses will be rejected. Shipping and Handling Shipping of Argentinean shoes is done within approximately 4 weeks from the date that payment clears or all information about the order is provided by customer (Specially the size and sole type). Special items like threaded shoes or irregular sizes may require longer time to customize and might even take up to 60 days to ship. Importing shoes may require local taxes depending on the content, value and country laws. Any taxes or other importing costs and fees are to be paid by buyer. If you request customization, a size or color different or another customization please make sure you do it before your purchase and allow more time for customization and you agree to pay the extras as shown in our customization section so we can make sure we can deliver it in a satisfactory way.
